- Timeframe: You may return eligible items within 7 days of the delivery date.
- Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unopened, and unused condition, including all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
- Exclusions: Due to hygiene reasons, consumable items such as earwax guards, domes, tubing, and cleaning supplies are non-returnable once opened.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns.
How to Initiate a Return:

- Return Authorization: Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions for returning the item.
- Packaging and Shipping: Securely package the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and the RAN. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.
- Return Shipping Costs: Unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item shipped, defective product), you are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
- Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Restocking fees. Depending on the product, and reason for the return, a restocking fee of up to 10% may be applied.
