Hearing123.co.uk – Return Policy

At Hearing123.co.uk, we strive to provide you with high-quality hearing aid accessories and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return policy. Eligibility for Returns:

  • Timeframe: You may return eligible items within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unopened, and unused condition, including all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
  • Exclusions: Due to hygiene reasons, consumable items such as earwax guards, domes, tubing, and cleaning supplies are non-returnable once opened.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at Info@hearing123.co.uk within the eligible return period.
  2. Return Authorization: Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions for returning the item.
  3. Packaging and Shipping: Securely package the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and the RAN. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.
  4. Return Shipping Costs: Unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item shipped, defective product), you are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7 business days. 
  • Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Restocking fees. Depending on the product, and reason for the return, a restocking fee of up to 10% may be applied.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately.
  • We will provide instructions for returning the item and arrange for a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs. 

Exchanges:

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Contact our service team.
